SHIPPING POLICY

Tracking Packages:

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our warehouse facility. Your shipment will require a signature at the time of delivery.

If you know you won't be home to sign:

If you know in advance you won't be home to sign for your package, please contact the carrier which will be in your shipping notification sent via email.

Risk of Loss or Damage:

Segway Australia is not responsible for any loss or damage to your ordered product after your product is dispatched from Segway Australia’s possession, i.e., after your product is tendered to the first carrier. You are suggested to promptly track your order and understand your delivery options. Please note that waiving the signature delivery will increase your risk of loss of your ordered product and will waive your right to file a claim if it is lost.

Domestic and International Shipping:

We currently only ship all states of Australia including NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA and TAS. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Method and Timeframe:

  • Due to the nature of the product, road shipping will be the only option.
  • Your order will be shipped by the carrier that best meets the delivery timeframe; we normally use either Courier Please Australia, FedEx, DHL or Toll Australia.

We will provide you a tracking number and the delivery will require a signature. From this point forward it is your responsibility to track the package, and to make sure you will be home to sign for it, or to make alternative arrangements directly with the carrier. Segway Australia will not have any liability for packages that are signed for, regardless of who signed for them. Segway Australia is not responsible for loss and/or damages due to third party’s conduct

Delivery Time:

The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. Please allow for extra delivery time during the holiday season. You can check the tracking number through the carrier’s website for your order delivery time. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 72 business hours from the time the order is placed. Please note that your item has been shipped if there is a tracking number, even if the tracking number has not been updated by the carrier yet.

Shipping Fee for Australia:

Free shipping for orders over $1399.00.

$19.95 shipping fee for orders under $99.00.

$99.95 shipping fee for order between $99.00 - $1398.00.

Order Cancellation:

Customer can only request an order cancellation if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. Please note that your item has been shipped if there is a tracking number, even if the tracking number has not been updated by the carrier yet. Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the package is refused upon delivery, you will be charged for a 10% restocking fee.
